Manchester Development Education Project, in partnership with the Science Learning Centre North West and Manchester Metropolitan University, are offering an exciting new CPD course on climate change as a part of the Northwest Climate Change Action Plan.
The course will:

viewpoints and make
links between science and society - introduce methodologies suitable to investigating complex

Participants will be introduced to a variety of practical activities related to climate science, and will be encouraged to explore their use as classroom experiments and demonstrations. Participants will also explore the use of several participatory teaching and learning tools and techniques in classrooms, particularly in relation to the discussion of controversial issues.
The dates for the next delivery of this course are 29 April
(10am - 4pm), 19 May
