| Description: The NWDA has adopted national best practice for carbon reduction and susatinability for all of its investments in buildings. The NWDA Sustainable Buildings Policy which was original published in 2007 and has lead to flagship sustainable buildings projects such as the St Pauls Office Development in Liverpool and Maryport in Cumbria. | |
