Climate Change Northwest is the regional website which explores the opportunities and challenges that a changing climate presents to England's Northwest. The website is the first point of call for anyone looking for information about climate change in the region.
Acting as the online home of 'Rising to the Challenge - A Climate Change Action Plan for England's Northwest', the website reports on the progress of activities taking place in the Northwest to ensure the delivery of the region's first Climate Change Action Plan. Within the 'Climate Change Action Plan' section of the website, users can view regular progress updates on individual actions and can also access contact details to find further information or to establish working partnerships.
Climate Change Northwest is also a regional forum through which other complimentary climate change and energy activities, news and events are highlighted and exemplified throughout the Northwest and beyond.
The website acts as a unique portal linking to information and advice relating to climate change and energy issues in the Northwest. Users are encouraged to follow the links within the website to explore how they might assist their own businesses, households, communities and environments to better understand and manage climate change and energy issues.
